and Delivery lead time : |

Approximately
6 to 8 weeks upon the order confirmation and the design. |

| Sample
orders will be charged by one of the following conditions : |

At
normal prices which are non-refundable. |
| |
At
sample prices (50% higher than normal prices) and will be will be
deducted from the final payment of each order. The amount deducted
will be equal to the sample amount he/she has paid, but not greater
than 10% of total order. |

The
color of the fabric may vary
because the dyeing process is done by hand in small batches.
Maximum degree than of change is +/- 5 % |

In
case of obvious mistakes on the part of our company :
(excluding small variations caused by material, hand woven
or hand dyeing process which is a natural identity of Thai Silk),
we will issue a refund for the customer. These solutions will be
handled on a case by case basis. |

The
custom-made policy:
Custom-made designs are also possible with the minimum
of 500 pcs. per design. |
